Shipping Policy

Petworldly ships to addresses across the UK. Because we work with multiple fulfilment sources (CJdropshipping, Shopify Collective), dispatch and delivery times vary by product.

Dispatch and delivery times

Each product page shows its specific dispatch time and estimated UK delivery window. Where no product-specific estimate is shown, dispatch is typically within 1–3 business days and UK delivery within 4–8 business days.

Split shipments

Orders containing items from different suppliers may arrive in separate parcels, on different days. This does not affect your order being complete — you'll be notified when each parcel ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact hello@petworldly.co.ukand we'll investigate with the courier or supplier.

This page must never promise one universal shipping time for all products — always defer to per-product dispatch/delivery metafields where available (see docs/SHOPIFY_METAFIELDS_SETUP.md).
