Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Petworldly, operated by Mariusz Drabik t/a Silveroon, a sole trader trading as Petworldly (UK, business address: 12 Central Avenue, Worsley, Manchester, M28 3RY).

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in GBP. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is dispatched. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email.

Fulfilment

Products are fulfilled through our suppliers (CJdropshipping, Shopify Collective). Dispatch and delivery times vary by product — see product pages and our Shipping Policy. Split shipments may occur when items ship from different fulfilment sources.

Payments

Payments are processed securely via Shopify and supported providers available at checkout, which may include Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna or Clearpay where enabled.

Consumer rights

As a UK consumer, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms. See our Returns & Refunds policy for cancellation and return rights.

Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including supplier or courier delays.
